How to Use Yahoo! to Find Backlinks thumbnail
Discover which sites link to your website or blog with Yahoo! Site Explorer.

A "backlink" is an incoming link from another website or blog. Finding the backlinks to your website is a useful way of monitoring the overall popularity of your site and identifying specific content that other users find interesting or useful. Search engines use the number and quality of incoming backlinks as a factor when determining the importance and relevance of a website, so a healthy crop of backlinks can push your site higher up the search engine rankings. One way of finding backlinks to your website or blog is to submit your site to the online Yahoo! Site Explorer service. This free tool checks your website and lists all incoming backlinks.
