Place the electrolyte water inside a refrigerator for one hour to cool it. It will improve the taste. To guarantee that the electrolyte water is cold when you are done exercising, put it in the refrigerator before starting. You can also use a cooler filled with ice.

Open the bottle of electrolyte water. The water isn't carbonated, so you do not have to worry about it gushing out of the top.
