Create a director's account to upload videos you have created.

Making a director's account on YouTube gives you additional features that you do not receive when you sign up for a standard YouTube account, such as the ability to upload longer videos, customizable name fields and your logo and description displayed on all of your video pages. You must already be a member of YouTube and create original content to switch to a director's account.

Instructions

      Go to YouTube.com to log into your account or create a new account if you do not have one.

      Click the arrow next to your username in the upper right-hand corner of the YouTube website.

      Select "My Channel" from the drop-down menu.

      Click the "Settings" tab at the top of the screen.

      Click the arrow next to "Channel Type" and select "Director" from the drop-down menu.

      Click the "Save Changes" button to make your YouTube account a director's account.
