Tap the "App Store" icon on your Home page to load the program. The main App Store page loads.

Tap the search field at the top-right of the interface. Your keyboard activates.

Type in the name of the app you want to look up. A list of app suggestions appear.

Select the app you desire from the list of suggestions. A new page loads.

Tap the icon of the app on the current page to view its details. The app's Info page loads, displaying a detailed description of the program, customer reviews, screenshots and price.

Tap the price button to buy the app, or tap the back "Search" arrow on the top toolbar to return to the search results page. Apps download to the Home screen of your iPad.
