How to Get Into Arcane University in "Oblivion"
Arcane University is an area for experienced mages in the game Elder of Scrolls: Oblivion. The Arcane University gives you access to extra quest missions and allows you to create your own magic spells. You can find the Arcane University in the Imperial City. You must first join the Mages Guild in another city to begin the quest to Arcane University.

Visit the Mages Guild in any city besides the Imperial City.

Speak to the mages in the guild to find the mage who has a quest for you to complete.

Carry out the quest for the mage within that particular city. Return to the mage to receive a recommendation for completing the quest.

Travel to each of the cities within Oblivion and complete a quest for each guild. Once you complete a quest for every guild, you will be invited to join the Mages Guild.

Head to the Arcane University in the Imperial City. You will now be able to gain access through the gates.
