Carnation fudge, or Carnation Famous Fudge, is one of the quickest and most foolproof methods of making fudge. Boil some ingredients, mix in some more ingredients, pour it all in a pan and cool. You will have a pan of creamy and chocolaty fudge, suitable for gift giving or family treats.   • Carnation fudge
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Airtight storage container
  • Waxed paper

Instructions

      Cut the Carnation fudge into 1-inch pieces. This will help you to fit them into the storage container easier.

      Line the storage container with a single layer of waxed paper. Arrange a layer of fudge squares on the paper, leaving a small amount of space in between the cubes.

      Lay another layer of waxed paper on top of the fudge, then add another layer of fudge squares.

      Continue adding waxed paper sheets and fudge squares until the container is full or you have used up all of the fudge.

      Snap or close the lid on the container until it is airtight and secure. Place the container in a cool area of your kitchen for about two weeks. If your kitchen is regularly hot inside, keep the fudge in the refrigerator. Place the container in the freezer if you want to store the fudge for longer than two weeks. Frozen fudge will last up to six months.
