How to View a List of Invoices in QuickBooks
Failing to track and follow up on your business's income can have a dire effect on the health of your business. The invoicing process ensures that customers are aware of balances that are due and payable to your company. Keeping invoices on file also provides you with a detailed sales history for reporting purposes. By creating your business invoices in Quickbooks you retain electronic records of each transaction. You also have the option of viewing invoices in a list format which can give you an overall idea of how many invoices are overdue, outstanding and processed, over a particular time frame.
