Public information, such as a person's phone number and birth records is often stored online, and these search engines compile them into a database for easy access. PiPl.com is also a good place to search for people, as it can access the Deep Web, a privatized Internet section off limits to regular search engines.

Ask the person's family and friends who live in Arizona as to his whereabouts. Those close to him are likely to know where he currently lives or once lived. Even if they don't, they could have his phone number, e-mail or another way for you to contact him.
