How to Update Adobe Premiere Pro 2
Adobe Premiere Pro 2 is a video editing software that was released on January 17, 2006. It enables you to edit videos by adding music, merging video clips, adding visual effects and titles. There are four official updates for this version and they are all available for free download at the Adobe website. These small updates improve program functionality and add presets effects, meaning you have more options from which to choose while editing videos. A zip utility is required to access these updates.

Access the Adobe download page.

Scroll down to the "Version 2" heading and click on the update you want to install. Click "Proceed to Download" on the page to which you are taken, then "Download Now."

Double-click on the downloaded folder and use a zip utility, such as WinZip, to access the contents. Highlight the entire contents of the folder, right-click and select "Copy."

Navigate to the Adobe preset folder by clicking "Start," "My Computer," "C Drive," "Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0," "MediaIO" and "Presets." Right-click in a blank spot in the folder and select "Paste." Close the folder.
