Traffic Circle Driving Instructions
Traffic circles, also known as roundabouts, can be intimidating to new and longtime drivers alike. With cars seemingly coming from every direction, it is enough to send many drivers into a panic. However, with a thorough understanding of general traffic laws and procedures involving these types of intersections, you can navigate them safely and be on your way in no time.

Check your mirrors and look around you to make yourself aware of other drivers in the area.

Yield to the other drivers already in the circle if there are any.

Enter the circle when it is clear. Traffic circles or roundabouts are one-way, so pay attention to the direction you will need to turn.

Follow the circle until you reach your turn.

Engage your turn signal in the direction you are turning.

Complete your turn when you have reached it.
