How to Export From File Maker Pro
You can export data saved in FileMaker Pro for use in other software applications, including as a spreadsheet for Microsoft Office Excel. You need to know the file format (such as .xml or .htm) required by the application to which you will export the FileMaker data. Once you have prepared the data for export, you can choose to either have the file open automatically in the new application, or you can save it as an attachment to an email to be sent to any recipient you choose.
