How to Create a New Page & Link From Home in Dreamweaver CS4
Dreamweaver CS4 is an Adobe application that enables you to build and maintain websites. Dreamweaver includes many user-friendly tools that streamline the process of creating additional Web pages, and linking them to your home page. The interface includes a "Files" panel that displays your files, as well as enabling you to organize them into folders. The "Files" panel is also interactive, enabling you point to files directly from your open Web page.

Launch Dreamweaver and click "File" and "New." Click the "Create" button.

Type the text for your new page. Insert any objects as necessary and save your file, for example, as "products.html."

Open your index or home page. Type "Products" in the area you want the link for your new page. Select the text. Locate the "Point to File" icon found on the right of the "Link" field in the "Properties" panel. Click on the icon and drag it to your "products.html" file in the "Files" panel. This inserts the link.
