How to Clean Out WordPress on Filezilla
If you have a WordPress blog, you might find that you have files in your directories that you no longer need. You might also want to delete WordPress completely and load a different program onto your website. You can normally do both through your hosting provider's control panel. However, you can also clean out WordPress by using the FileZilla FTP client.

Enter the URL for FTP access to your website along with your user name and password. If you have forgotten these, contact your hosting provider to get them.

Click the "Quickconnect" button to connect to your site.

Double-click on the folders in the "Remote Site" field in FileZilla to navigate through the files on your site and find where you installed WordPress.

Click on a WordPress file or folder to highlight it. Press "Delete" to remove the file or folder. To remove WordPress completely, delete the main WordPress folder.
