How to Chat on Yahoo IM

You can chat on Yahoo IM with your IM application or through your email account. With the Yahoo IM stand-alone instant messenger program you can send messages, files and videos to other Yahoo IM users. You can also connect to them through your email account as it is integrated with Yahoo IM, and you can tell if they are online by checking to see if the smiley icon next to their email address is in color.
