How to Check a Billing Address on Wachovia
Wachovia customers have access to online account management, which allows you to manage your bank, credit card or other Wachovia accounts online. Your personal information, such as your name and address, is stored in your online account for easy access. Go to the Wachovia website and log in to your account. Enter your username and password and click "Login."

Click on the "My Profile" link on your account overview page. You can view your personal information under the "My Profile" link and make changes to anything you want to make changes to. Your billing address appears here as well.

Click the "Change Address/Phone" link if your billing address does not appear as it should. Enter the correct information and submit your change to Wachovia.
