How to Get Out of the Fourth Nightmare in "Silent Hill: Shattered Memories"
Although there's no actual combat in "Silent Hill: Shattered Memories," the game's plot offers several nightmare scenarios that feature active pursuit by gruesome monsters. As you make your way through the nightmares, you'll have to navigate frightening environments and solve puzzles to survive.
The fourth nightmare scenario in "Silent Hill: Shattered Memories" occurs in a hospital. To get out alive, you'll have to avoid enemies as you cross through a train station, then solve a puzzle in the emergency room.

Getting to the Emergency Room

Guide your wheelchair down the corridor and through two sets of double doors. You will crash down a flight of stairs after you exit. Run straight ahead to the double doors at the end of the room. Turn off your flashlight and go through. Exit through the next set of doors to emerge in the train station.

Run forward between the two train cars and turn left. Hop down the ledge and jump the chasm ahead. Grab the glowing red flare from the ground. Light it right away to help ward off the attacking enemies in the area.

Run straight ahead and enter the train car. Exit at the other end. Continue forward and you will see another train car to the left. Crawl beneath it and climb the ledge when you emerge. Go through the right-most door to enter a new area. Head to the door in the right corner to exit.

Turn left and climb the fence. Run forward, turn left and climb another fence. Ignore the door and head up the stairs into the emergency room. Ice will cover the door after you enter and you'll have to solve a puzzle to escape.
Solving the Puzzle

Run toward the door ahead and turn to the right. You will see a poster on the wall advertising a radio station. Remember the station's number, 101.6 FM, for the upcoming puzzle. Turn and head through the door.

Approach the frozen father and child. You will receive a voice mail that replays their visit. Listen to the voice mail and you'll hear a conversation about requesting a song from a radio station. This message is a clue about how to escape the room.

Walk over to the radio in the right corner of the room. Move the dial to 101.6 and you will hear a disc jockey asking for requests. Turn around and walk to the poster on the wall. It shows ten different song choices for requests to the radio station. Pull out your phone and request the song "Daddy's Girl" by dialing 555-8814. The radio station will play the song. When it's finished, you will be able to exit the room and the nightmare.

Tips & Warnings
If a monster grabs you, shake it off by moving the controller as shown on the screen.
Turn off your flashlight whenever you can to make yourself less obvious to enemies.
If you can't figure out where to go during a nightmare, check your phone's GPS. You can also keep an eye out for light on doors and ledges, which will help point out the correct direction.
