How to Insert a Signature on Yahoo

When you insert a signature on outgoing Yahoo email messages, you give your emails a personalized touch. Signatures can contain any text you want including contact information or favorite quotes. A signature can also include a disclaimer if your email is used primarily for business. The signature is automatically inserted in each outgoing Yahoo message after setting it up. You can change the text inserted in your signature as often as you like from within your Yahoo mail settings.

Instructions

1. Access your Yahoo email account and log in using your ID and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link.

2. Click "Options" and select "More Options" to access the settings for your Yahoo email account.

3. Click "Signature" in the side panel and select "Show a Signature on All Outgoing Messages."

4. Enter the text for your Yahoo signature in the blank field provided.

5. Click "Save Changes" and the signature is inserted with each outgoing Yahoo email message.
