How to Mount BIN & CUE to Virtual Drive Software
A BIN file is the entirety of a disc's data and a CUE file stores the information needed to burn a CD or DVD. The only other way to open a BIN/CUE file, besides burning them to a disc, is to use a virtual drive program. A virtual drive program allows you to mount BIN, CUE and other similar formats (such as ISO). Mounting refers to accessing or running the file.

1
Download and install the virtual drive program of your choosing. See Resources for free recommendations.
-
2
Put the BIN and CUE file in the same directory. If the BIN file comes with a CUE file, they both need to be placed in the same directory (such as the same folder or on the desktop) to be accessed. Create a new folder by right-clicking the desktop, selecting "New" and clicking "New Folder."

3
Open the virtual drive program. Some virtual drive programs open only in the notification tray in the Windows taskbar (next to the clock).
-
4
Mount the BIN or CUE file (only one of the two needs to be mounted). Most virtual drive programs feature an Open Image File option in the File menu or on the interface itself. You may also need to right-click the virtual drive image and click "Mount" (or a similarly titled option). Browse to the BIN or CUE file and click "Mount/Open." The contents of the BIN or CUE file will be opened as a new folder or in the form of an installer. If it's an installer, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
