How to Keep a Post at the Top of a Blogger Blog
Blogger, a blogging platform owned by Google, allows users to create free Web logs and publish them on the Internet. Users generally use Blogger blogs for personal, informational or financial purposes. Its user-friendly options allows for the creation of posts without necessarily possessing prior programming knowledge. By default, Blogger publishes each post on top of the previous one to help maintain a dynamic feel. However, you can also keep a particular post at the top by modifying its main publishing settings.

Go to Blogger's official website, Blogger.com. Enter your existing account's email and password into the appropriate fields as shown, and then click "Sign In." The subsequent screen shows your Blogger account's dashboard, displaying all your existing blogs by title.

Click "Edit Posts" under the blog you wish to modify to view the list of published entries.

Click "Edit" next to the post you wish to keep at the top of your blog.

Click "Post Options" from the lower-left portion of the screen.

Click to select the "Set Date and Time" radio button.

Type a date that has not yet arrived, such as "1/1/2100." This date forces the blog post to remain on top while all other entries are published underneath it.

Click "Publish Post" to save the post's modifications.
