How to Reset a Salt Water System
Water softeners filter water through a salt water tank called a brine tank. Next to the brine tank you will notice a filtration unit that looks like a tall torpedo tube. That filtration system is the heart of your water softener system. A module on top of the filtration system controls the cycle times for the water purging system. On a routine and predetermined basis, the water system purges old unusable water from the filtration unit. For most units, resetting the timer is a very easy process to complete. Does this Spark an idea?
