How to Do a Right Angle Weave
The right angle weave is a technique that combines beads together with long strands of string. After the technique has been learned, you can create a number of different styles of bead jewelry. The right angle weave can be learned in minutes, but pieces of jewelry can take hours to make, depending on length.

1
Choose two different color beads to use in your weave stitch and start by stringing four beads, interchanging the colors, onto the string. Once the beads are strung, tie the two ends of the string together with a double knot, creating a circle-like design.
-
2
Grasp the end of the string and continue back through the hole of the first bead and exit out of the second bead.

3
Continue using with the same strand of string just threaded through the second bead and string three new beads into the pattern using one of the first color, then one of the second and one of the first again creating a second circle of beads attached to the right of the first one.
-
4
Secure the second circle by stringing the excess string through the last bead of the first circle. This bead should be directly between the two bead circles.
-
5
Add more circles by repeating the previous two steps continuously, exiting through the fourth bead, stringing three new beads and repeat. You can make the first row as long as you want and finish by tying off the string into two double knots, or continue on adding other rows.

6
Add additional rows to the weave when the string of beads is to your preferred length by going through the top bead from the last circle. Then, string three new beads to that string, interchanging the colors once again, going around and back through the bead you started this step with and up through the next bead in line, the left bead in the circle. Then string on three more beads and repeat the pattern until you have two equal length rows on the top and bottom.
