The first rule to regaining your energy is to manage your stress. If you are plagued by emotions that result from stress, you will likely find that you are zapped of energy. Simply put, emotions caused by stress eat up energy, even when you are not physically active. Work out. One highly effective way to become an energetic individual is getting exercise on a regular basis. Working out ensures sound sleep at night, and it circulates oxygen, providing the cells with higher amounts of energy to burn. It also triggers the body to emit the hormones norepinephrine and epinephrin, both of which can leave you feeling refreshed and full of energy.
