How to Fly a Chocobo in "FF9"
By playing the Chocograph side-quest in "Final Fantasy IX," you can earn new abilities for your Chocobo. Chocographs reveal the locations of treasures buried all over the world map. Many of the treasures are items, but some will teach new abilities to your Chocobo. The Sky ability is the final technique your Chocobo will learn, turning him a golden color and allowing him to reach new areas by flying. The Mist Ocean Chocograph holds the key to the Sky ability's location. To find it, you'll first have to locate all the Chocograph's pieces.
