How to Find the Inverse Matrices on a TI-83
The Texas Instruments TI-83 is a scientific graphing calculator that can calculate matrices using the menu system. The TI-83 has a dedicated matrix button that allows you to enter matrices of different sizes, up to 3 by 3. To calculate the inverse matrix, first enter the values for the matrix into the calculator's memory. Once the values have been entered, calculate the inverse matrix using a key combination.
