How to Draw Pork Chops
A pork chop is the center loin cut from a pig. It has a distinctive bone that is shaped like a T-bone steak. This is a popular cut of meat that is suitable for grilling, pan-frying and broiling in the oven. For cooks who have mastered cooking this cut of meat, you can learn to draw it too. Photographing recipes well can be difficult to capture the details, but drawing a pork chop is simple.
Instructions

1
Draw an upside-down teardrop shape with a pencil on drawing paper. The rounded bottom of the teardrop should be at the top for this drawing.
-
2
Add a line across the top of your upside-down teardrop. This can extend beyond the teardrop and you can erase it later.
-
-
3
Add a perpendicular line down from the line you just drew. It should bisect the teardrop halfway and then curve to one side. It should look like a "T" with a slight hook at the end. Thicken the lines so they look like bone.
-
4
Connect the rounded top of your upside-down teardrop to the top of the T shape. This will become the top of your pork chop.
-
5
Add lines around the bottom of your drawing so it looks like fat on your chop. It should look like a thick border around the pointy end. Add veins of fat around the meat that look similar to marble veins.
-
6
Erase any unwanted lines, such as the extra line at the top of the drawing from step two. Thicken any pencil lines to make the pork chop look thick and realistic.

Tips & Warnings
Color the meat of the pork chop dark pink and the fat should be a cream color.
To draw a cooked pork chop, add subtle texture to the meat and remove the fatty portions.
