How to Check the Voice Mail on a RoadRunner Phone
RoadRunner is a feature available to Time Warner Cable customers, but it's not a phone service. Time Warner Voice offers voice mail service for an additional $3.95 per month as of May 2011. Voice mail service allows you to receive messages from callers when you are not available to take their calls. You can access your Time Warner voice mail from your home phone at any time.

Pick up your phone receiver, and wait for a dial tone. If you have messages, you will hear a stutter in your ringtone.

Dial "*98" on your phone, and wait for the message system to connect. Your messages will begin to play automatically; there is no PIN to enter.

Disconnect your call when you have completed reviewing your messages.
