After you establish a hygiene regimen and follow it for a few days, it will become a habit that you won't have to struggle to remember.   • Toothbrush
  • Toothpaste
  • Dental floss
  • Cotton swab
  • Shampoo
  • Body soap
  • Deodorant
  • Razor

      Brush your teeth after you wake up. Make sure you brush your tongue, the roof of your mouth and your cheeks. Clean your teeth at the back of your mouth and brush all sides.

      Floss your teeth. Get between each tooth, flossing both sides of the gum.

      Moisten the tip of a cotton swab and rub it in each ear to clear out any wax. Don't insert the swab too far into your ear or you may damage your eardrum.

      Have a shower or bath. Make sure you shampoo and clean every area of your body with soap. Rinse well.

      Clip your toenails and fingernails and throw the clippings into the garbage or flush them down the toilet.

      Clip any nose or ear hair with scissors or pull them out with tweezers.

      Apply deodorant under your arms. Brush your hair.

      Apply shaving cream to your face if you are an man. Gently apply a steady amount of pressure to your face with a razor and slide the blade down to eliminate any hair. Alternatively, you can rub your face with an electric razor without the need for shaving cream.

      Brush and floss your teeth again before you go to bed.
