How to Decorate Tulle to the Ceiling
Decorating with tulle at the ceiling level will give a room a dreamy, romantic feeling, due to its soft, flowing texture. There are many different varieties of tulle but most are soft and easy to mold into the shapes you want. Measure from the center of the ceiling to each corner and make a note of the measurements. Then measure from the center of the ceiling to the center of each side of the room and note the measurements. Purchase your tulle by the bolt if you can, so that all the cutting can be done when you are ready to decorate.

Install a small cup hook at the center of the ceiling and at each corner of the room. Drape long lengths of 54-inch-wide tulle from the center of the room to each corner, securing it by slipping the mesh of the tulle over the end of the cup hook. Allow each length of tulle to hang down the wall for a gentle flowing effect when you secure it. Don't stretch the tulle tightly against the ceiling.
