Download the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller file from the Adobe website.

Terminate all the programs running on your computer. Right-click the applications that are running in the System Tray and select "Close" or "Exit" to terminate them.

Double-click the uninstaller file that you downloaded. Your computer will ask for permission to run the uninstaller file. Click "Yes" to remove Adobe Flash Player from your computer.
