How to Convert PDF to JPG Thumbnail With Scribd
The mission of Scribd is to allow people to save and share documents online. Many different formats are supported, but PDF is the preferred document type to be uploaded to Scribd.com. After the file is uploaded to your account, Scribd will create a cover page and a thumbnail of that cover page from the first page in your document. The thumbnail is saved in the JPG image format. It exactly duplicates the first page of your PDF in a smaller format.
