How to Uninstall Quick Time on My Computer
From time to time, software installations may become corrupted or fragmented, causing them to stop working correctly. If QuickTime becomes corrupted, you may notice that other related programs such as iTunes or Bonjour are not working correctly. If you decide to uninstall QuickTime, it is important that you follow this procedure so as to completely remove the software. You may choose to reinstall the program after going through the uninstall process.

Exit out of QuickTime Player.

Click on the "Start" button and choose "Control Panel."

Click on "Uninstall a program" under the "Programs" header. Depending on your control panel settings, you may need to instead choose "Programs and Features."

Select QuickTime from the list and click on "Uninstall."

Click "Yes" when prompted. Windows will take a few minutes to run through the uninstall process and will notify you when finished.
