Facepainting is a favorite for children at Halloween and festivals.

Mickey Mouse is one of the most iconic images in our generation. Children across the world love the always-smiling, high-voiced cartoon that inspired a multi-billion dollar enterprise as well as many a dream. Sourcerer Mickey, from "Fantasia" is one of Mickey's most recognizable guises. While more powerful holding his wand, Sourcerer Mickey is just as cheerful and loveable. Thanks to his magic powers and cool hat, Sourcerer Mickey is popular among children playing dress-up.

Instructions

    • 1

Paint the entire face white, with the top shaped like a heart. Leave the the spaces below each eyebrow to the upper eyelid crease blank. Do not paint the tip of the nose or the lips.

    • 2

Paint the skin above the heart shape toward the hairline black. Extend the black in a line down the sides of the face next to the ears, and along the jaw line around the chin. Your white face should now be outlined entirely with black, most of it being on the forehead.

    • 3

Paint black below the eyebrows down to the crease of the upper eyelid. Keep your eyebrows white.

    • 4

Paint black eyebrows as thin, arching lines right below each black curve on your forehead.

    • 5

Paint the tip of your nose as a black circle.

    • 6

Paint your upper lip black and extend the paint from the edges of your mouth in an upward curved line in each direction. This is your smile. Leave your bottom lip paint-free, but paint a black line around the edge connecting to the rest of your smile. Finish the smile by painting one small upward cresent shape atop each line extending onto the cheek from the upper lip.
