  • Use the Telephone Claim Filing Center to find out if your claim has been accepted. Call (502) 875-0442 Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. EST.

  • Email for a status update through the contact form on the Kentucky Office of Employment and Training. It is not a secure form, so do not give your Social Security number or any other sensitive information on the form.
