How to Change Facebook Regions Frequently
With the exception of certain countries where the Internet is censored, such as Iran and the People's Republic of China, Facebook is readily available most places in the world. As a security measure, however, Facebook keeps track of IP addresses you use when you access the site, and requires you to verify your identity if you frequently log in using different IP addresses. You can employ several methods that will enable you to verify your identity less frequently.

1
Access Facebook using your own computer whenever possible. In addition to being sensitive to differing IP addresses, which reflect the Internet connection you use to access the site, Facebook is capable of detecting when you use a different device. This causes security prompts just as alternating IP addresses does.
-
2
Use secure Internet connections whenever possible, be it a password-protected Wi-Fi network in a restaurant or bar, or a friend's or acquaintance's home connection. No one region or city in the world particularly activates Facebook security alerts, but repeatedly using unsecured Internet connections in foreign countries does.

3
Log out of Facebook every time you use it. This should go without saying, but it's especially important if you access Facebook in foreign country and from a public computer, two factors which increase the chance of account fraud. Logging into Facebook from an IP address you've never used while you're still logged in at another unfamiliar IP address presents a security concern.

4
Visit the same library, Internet cafe etc.-- and, if possible, the same computer -- to access Facebook, if your only means of accessing the site in a certain region or city is in a public setting. The more times you access Facebook from a given IP address, the less likely Facebook is to require you to confirm your identity.
