How to Beat "Riddler Makes a Withdrawal"
"Lego Batman" lets you play as both the heroes and the villains in their own levels. The first villain level deals with Clayface and The Riddler making their way to a bank and eventually robbing it. You'll have to assemble an explosive plunger with the unwitting help of an onlooker. Once that's done, it's easy enough to step on the plunger and blow a hole in the side of the bank.

Play through the level until you go through the grate and enter the bank area. Defeat any police in this area and smash through as many objects as possible.

Get into the police car and drive it into the metal block on the right side of the screen. Use the "Lego Build" ability to assemble any pieces on the ground into part of an explosive plunger.

Go to the right side of the screen and assemble a ladder from the Lego pieces on the ground. Climb the ladder, then assemble the small pile of Legos on the ledge into a clothesline. Climb across the clothesline to a window above the bank.

Use the Riddler's Mind Control ability to take control of the man behind the window. Make him jump up and pull a lever. This will drop a gargoyle onto the ground, shattering it into pieces. Assemble the pieces onto the plunger to complete it.

Jump up onto the plunger to set it off. This will cause an explosion at the front of the bank and finish the level.
