Instructions

    • 1

Open the breadmaker lid and remove the bread pan by lifting its handle.

    • 2

Place the kneading blade on the shaft inside the bread pan, with the flat edge face down against the bottom of the pan.

    • 3

Insert the kneading pin through the slot on the side of the bread pan until it clicks securely into place.

    • 4

Measure ingredients into the bread pan in the order provided. Liquids should always be first and the yeast is always last to avoid activating the yeast in cases when you want to use delayed baking.

    • 5

Pick up and place the bread pan back into the breadmaker oven area. An arrow mark on the pan indicates the front of the bread pan and the kneading pin should be on the right side of the pan.

    • 6

Pull the handle of the bread pan forward and lay it down. Push the bread pan down with both hands until it clicks into place.

    • 7

Close the lid firmly using the handle until it clicks into place.

    • 8

Plug the machine in. The LED display will light up in confirmation. Note that the "Knead" indicator light will be on and the time remaining display will show "3:40" or 3 hours and forty minutes.

    • 9

Press the "Start" button to begin the bread kneading and baking process. The timer will count down by the minute.

    • 10

Remove the bread once the the timer reaches "0:22," and the breadmaker signals the conclusion of the baking process and the beginning of the cooling time. The bread can be removed anytime following the conclusion of baking.

    • 11

After the four beeps, push the "Stop" button. Open the breadmaker lid and use pot holders to lift the bread pan out of the machine.

    • 12

Remove the kneading pin. Turn the bread pan upside down and shake to allow loaf to drop. Cool on a wire rack.

  • In a cool room, substitute warm water for tap water.

  • Read all bread machine instructions to avoid harming yourself or the appliance.

  • Do not immerse bread machine in water to avoid electrocution or damage to the machine.
