Make scrambled eggs with Egg Beaters Choose the type of Egg Beaters you want to use. There are several flavors to choose from, such as garden vegetable and cheese, chive, egg whites or traditional Egg Beaters.

Breakfast awaits. Prepare your mixture. If you want to season your mixture, add salt or pepper or any other seasoning. You can also add water or milk and beat with a fork as you would with traditional eggs. This is the time to add minced onion, pepper, tomato, asparagus, cheese or any other chopped-up filling. Beat the mixture with a fork to coat the added ingredients.

Add an egg to your Egg Beaters mixture. Mix in a whole regular egg if the texture or concept of an egg substitute doesn't appeal to you. You will add cholesterol to the dish if you include the yolk.

Use a non-stick frying pan. Begin cooking. Pour the mixture directly into a hot saucepan previously sprayed with a cooking oil or butter. Use a non-stick pan. As the eggs' edges solidify, take a rubber spoon or scraper (so you don't scrape non-stick coating off your pan) and stir. Continue to stir the eggs until they solidify. Once they are not runny anymore, remove the eggs from the heat.
