How to Sew a Fabric Stuffed Toy Hamburger
A hamburger consists of a sandwich with a cooked patty of ground beef placed inside of a hamburger bun. Typically, it is served with other ingredients such as lettuce, tomato and cheese with mustard and ketchup. However, you can create a toy hamburger for kids to play a cooking game or use it just for decoration. If you just want to create a toy hamburger that consists of only the patty and the bun, you can do this with a few simple steps.

1
Create the top bun. Draw a perfect medium-size circle on pattern paper. Cut out the circle and place it on top of the tan fabric. Cut the fabric with the pattern on top and then remove the pattern. Use the same pattern to cut out the bottom portion of the top bun using the white felt. Lay the soft cotton on top of the white felt and then place the tan felt on top of the cotton. Sew the edges of the felt closed with off-white thread.

Sew the bottom bun. Cut a piece of the foam in a circle. Then lay the circular foam on top of the tan felt. Cut the felt in a circle, leaving half an inch to 1 inch all around the sides of the felt. Use fabric glue to make sure that the foam stays in the center of the tan felt. Use the pattern paper to cut the circle for the white felt. This will go on top of the foam evenly.

Sew the tan felt and the white felt together using off-white thread to create your bottom bun. Use the same pattern paper to cut out two pieces of dark brown felt. Sew both dark brown pieces together to create the patty. Place the patty inside the bun and you're done.
