Navigate to ChaCha (see Resources) and login.

Click on the "KnowledgeBase" link.

Click on the "Feedback" link.

Click on the "Issue type" drop-down menu and choose "Technical Issues."

Enter "I would like to change my username." Enter your username and the new one you desire. Include the reason for the change.
