How to Print Front & Back With the HP Officejet All in One

HP Officeject All-in-One devices are capable of faxing, copying and printing documents. Users who print large documents may wish to save on paper and ink by printing on the front and back of paper. This type of printing is called duplex. Models of HP All-in-One printers may differ slightly, but the process to enable duplex printing is similar across all models.

  • Click "File" and then "Print" from the application you wish to print from. The Print window launches.

  • Select the HP Officejet All in One printer from the list of printers available in the drop-down menu.

  • Click "Properties" or "Preferences."

  • Click "Page Setup" from the Properties window.

  • Check the box next to "Duplex" and then click "OK."

  • Click "OK" to print. Follow the onscreen instructions of the printer for instructions of when and how to flip the paper.
