How to Create Vampires on "The Sims 2"

"The Sims 2" from EA Games that is a life simulator in which you are in charge of how your Sims' lives progress. The ability to create vampires comes with "Nightlife" expansion pack. There are two ways to create vampires. One takes a bit of work and the other uses a well-known cheat.

Instructions

Befriending the Grand Vampire

1. Send your Sim to one of the community areas at night to look for the Count or the Contessa. They are easily recognizable by their clothing, red eyes and pale skin. You may have to visit several community lots before finding them.

2. Talk and joke with the Count or Contessa until you become friends. This milestone is reached once you receive 50 daily and 50 lifetime friendship points.

3. Allow the grand vampire to bite you after you reach friendship status. Your Sim will be a vampire until the antidote is given.

4. Bite any Sim you want to turn it into a vampire.

Using a Cheat

1. Open the household with the Sim you want to turn into a vampire.

2. Click "Ctrl," "Shift" and "C" simultaneously to bring up the cheat box.

3. Type in "boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true" in the cheat box and press "Enter."

4. Press the "Shift" key while right-clicking on the Sim you want to turn into a vampire. A menu will pop up.

5. Click on "More." A second set of options will appear. Click on "Make Vampire." After a short pause, your Sim will become a vampire.
