Traulsen refrigerators are commercial grade and designed for use in hotels, restaurants, bars, cafeterias and any place where a large quantity of food must be stored and maintained in a temperature-controlled environment. The refrigerators are available with hinged or sliding glass doors and offer combinations of reach-in shelving, microprocessor controls, stainless steel exterior and control panels. Sold online and in select commercial appliance stores, the units are fairly easy to operate, including setting the temperature. However, the customer service code must first be set.
