How to Create a Twitter Tag
Twitter posts tagged with "hash tags" make the topics searchable on Twitter's website. When you create tagged posts on Twitter, it means that your tweets are accessible by topic search and the tags may show up in the "Trending Topics" list on the side panel of your Twitter homepage. Add the tags properly to ensure your tweets are indexed when you post them.
