How to Copy Apps From iPads
If you start looking through the App Store on your iPad, between free apps, paid apps and promotional apps, you can find yourself accumulating mass quantities of apps completely separated from the apps you purchased through iTunes on your computer. When you sync your iPad, iTunes should automatically transfer purchased apps over to your computer. If for some reason this doesn't happen, you can manually transfer your purchases through iTunes.

Turn on your iPad and connect it to your computer. Open iTunes if it does not launch automatically.

Click the device icon for your iPad and then click the "Sync" button if your iPad does not automatically sync. Allow your iPad to sync completely to see if iTunes copies your apps.

3
Click the "Apps" playlist link in the left column of the iTunes application window. Verify whether or not your apps have transferred.

4
Select "File" from the top menu bar and then select "Transfer purchases from iPad" if your apps didn't transfer. iTunes will transfer all purchased content -- including free and paid apps, songs, movies, TV shows and podcasts -- to your computer.
