How to Create a Talisman of Love

Pink or red rose petals can be used in a love talisman

Talismans are created by placing items with magickal properties into a small pouch. Herbs, semi-precious stones and incense all carry magickal properties. Love talismans are made by selecting items with the corresponding properties. Attracting love in general is acceptable. A talisman is never made to attract a specific person.

Things You'll Need

• Pink Colored Pencil or Pen
• Parchment Paper
• Various Items
• Small Pink Pouch
• Frankincense Incense

Instructions

1. Write down on the parchment paper "Love will find me." Use the pink colored pen or pencil. Fold the paper to fit into the small pouch.

2. Acquire one or a combination of turquoise, amber, carnelian, and coral. Stones do not have to be large. About the size of a dime is acceptable.

3. Gather any combination of at least three herbs, petals or leaves. Choose from rose and strawberry petals, cinnamon, cloves, apple blossom, gardenia, Balm of Gilead, jasmine, and vervain. Add your choices to the pouch.

4. Burn frankincense incense. Pass the full pouch through the smoke of the incense. Concentrate on your desire of love. This charges the pouch and items, making it a talisman.

5. Place under your pillow while sleeping. Carry the talisman with you everywhere until your desire is fulfilled.

Tips & Warnings

• If a pink pouch is unavailable, use a neutral color and tie a pink ribbon around it.

• Never leave burning incense unattended.
