How to Fix the Barrel in "RuneScape" Dungeoneering

Barrel repair is one of many dungeoneering puzzles.

Dungeoneering is a skill in the online role playing game known as "RuneScape." The barrel room is one of the many puzzles that players must complete in order to pass to the next set of rooms in their dungeon. This task has requirements in the strength and construction skills as well as some monsters to fight. This room also contains an optional chest that can be opened with the thieving skill. There may be up to three additional doors unlocked upon completing this puzzle.

Instructions

1. Kill all of the monsters in the entrance of the barrel room. There are three sections of the room which are separated by walls and barrels.

2. Push the barrels out of the way by clicking on them so that you can pass through to the other two sections of the room.

3. Pick up the barrel bits on the floor. The barrel bits will be in the center of the section furthest from the entrance of the room.

4. Use the barrel bits on the broken barrel in the middle section of the room. This barrel is adjacent to a wall with water pouring down one of four sections. The water randomly changes positions. The progress bar at the top of the screen shows how full the barrel is.

5. Push this barrel back and forth as needed so that it fills up with water. Once it is full, push it onto the pressure plate on the right hand side. This will unlock the doors around the room.
