Leftover turkey doesn't have to be a drag. Try these turkey burritos. You can say, "Gracias," later. Serves 6 to 8, depending on how densely you pack your burritos.

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 15 oz. can black beans drained and rinsed
  • grated cheddar cheese
  • flour tortillas
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • guacamole
  • 1 tbsp. olive (not virgin) oil
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • salsa
  • sour cream
  • 4 c. leftover turkey
  • Groceries

  1. Step 1

    Cut leftover turkey into strips.

  2. Step 2

    Heat oil in a medium-size skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Step 3

    Sauté onion and garlic clove until soft.

  4. Step 4

    Add black beans and turkey strips, and heat through.

  5. Step 5

    Roll up mixture in warm flour tortillas with salsa and, if desired, shredded cheddar cheese, guacamole and sour cream.
