How to Change Character Models in "World of Warcraft"
In "World of Warcraft," you will create and customize your character and play as him in the fictional world of Azeroth. However, as you level your character, you may find that you no longer like the way he looks. Instead of starting over and creating a new character, there are ways to alter your character's appearance. You can pay for a Character Customization; or, if there are minor details you want to change, such as your character's hair and markings, you can do so for free while in the game.

Go to the official website WorldofWarcraft.com. Click on the Services tab located underneath the World of Warcraft logo. It will have a present as an icon.

Look on the right-hand side of your current page. Locate Character Customization under the Character Services tab. Click on the link. This service only allows players to change the appearance of their current character, not the race or faction.

Log into your Battle Net account. You will be prompted to select the character you want to change. Select the correct Realm and your character. Your character can only be customized once every three days.

Agree with the conditions and disclaimers. Continue and follow the directions to pay for the customization. Hit "Continue" to complete the transaction.

Launch "World of Warcraft" and sign onto the game. You will be prompted to change the appearance of your character.
The Barber Shop

Launch "World of Warcraft" and sign on. Select the character you want to play.

Head to a major city that has a Barbershop. For the Alliance, it will be Stormwind and Ironforge. Horde can head to Orgrimmar and the Undercity. If you need the specific location of the Barbershop, ask one of the Guard NPCs, and they will mark the location on your map.

Click on the barber chair when you are in the Barbershop. You will be seated. You can change the color and style of your hair and can also change the markings, beard, earrings or tattoos of your character. When you are satisfied, click on the "Okay" button to confirm.
