How to Set Up a Gmail Business Page

When you decide to use Google's Gmail as the primary email service for your business, you're provided with a Gmail Business Page -- essentially the page you and your employees will use to log into Gmail. In order to have your own Gmail Business Page you'll need to sign up for Google's business application. Before committing to using Google, you should be warned that questions have been raised about the privacy provided by Gmail business accounts.

Instructions

    • 1

Type "Google.com/a" into your browser. This will take you to the Google Applications page.

    • 2

Click "Products," then "Gmail for Business." Click "Begin Free Trial." The free trial gives you thirty days to decide whether you want to use Gmail for your business or not.

    • 3

Complete the four-step application process. You'll need to type in your company's domain name, company information and payment information, should you decide to continue with the service after the free trial has expired.

    • 4

Review the terms of service, and if you find them to your satisfaction click "Accept." Make sure you make a note of what date the free trial expires on as you'll be billed automatically.
