How to Make a Payment to Citizens Auto Finance

Mailing a check is one way to make your auto payment on time.

Citizens Finance is a financial institution that offers auto financing to residents of Iowa, Wisconsin and Illinois. You have the option of paying your auto loan using several different methods. You can pay online, over the phone, through the mail or with AutoPay. AutoPay allows you to sign up for automatic payments each month, which are debited from your bank account.

Instructions

1. Go to the Citizens Finance website and click on the "Make a Payment" link. Select the "Pay Online" option. Create an account by entering your name, address and personal information. Enter your username and password if you already have an account. Select the date you want your payment made and enter your bank account number and routing number and submit your payment.

2. Click the "AutoPay" link to schedule automatic payments. Enter your bank account routing number and bank account number and submit your payment request. Your payment is debited from your bank account each month on the due date.

3. Call your Citizens Finance branch office to make a payment over the phone. There are three branch offices in Iowa, two in Wisconsin and four in Illinois. Each branch office has its own phone number. Provide your name, account number, bank account number, routing number and phone number to your bank. Your bank representative will take your information and make your payment for you.

4. Write a check payable to "Citizens Bank" in the amount of your payment due. Mail it to your local branch office. All offices have their own addresses.
